Reteaua de clinici "Regina Maria" cumpărată de Mehilainen Group

Reteaua de clinici medicale "Regina Maria" a fost achiziționată de Mehilainen Group, cel mai mare furnizor privat de sănătate din Finlanda, conform informațiilor publicate pe ziaruldebacau.ro. Această mișcare marchează cea mai mare tranzacție din sectorul medical din Europa Centrală și de Est.

Fondul CVC Capital Partners, principalul acționar al Mehilainen Group, a preluat astfel 100% din acțiunile "Regina Maria" și MediGroup, un lider al serviciilor medicale private în Serbia.

Proprietarul anterior, fondul de investiții Mid Europa Partners, a decis să vândă afacerea în întregime. Tranzacția urmează să fie aprobată de autoritățile anti-trust, iar finalizarea acesteia este așteptată până la sfârșitul acestui an.

Această achiziție subliniază tendința de consolidare în sectorul sănătății din regiune, aducând schimbări semnificative pe piața serviciilor medicale private.
